It turned out the space we were located in was worth a good bit, so I decided to close up the shop and use my new funds to invest in a doctorate in the dental field.
I thank my many fans and customers over the years for your continued patronage. I had an absolute blast and became a much better chef than when I started! I decided not to waste the valuable knowledge of the recipes that everyone enjoyed so much, so I wrote a recipe book that will guide you through everything we made at Papillote in downtown Savannah. This includes the daily menu, brunch, desserts, and many of the specials that were run over the past few years.
