Have you always wanted to own your own restaurant? It can be very tough, since there is a LOT  of things that keep a business afloat besides cooking good food.  We believe we have figured out the perfect processes to ensure a successful and exciting business, and keep it flexible to allow for a unique flair for every store - depending on their chef/owner's taste!

We are looking to open another location, with an owner that wants to have full control over their restaurant.  You will have the freedom to design the layout, change the menu, specials, inventory and anything else as you see fit.  We will be here to help you get the ball rolling and to make sure you maintain the standards that the brand Papillote has so strongly held over the past 6 years in business.
